altares is one of the leading delegate management agencies in Germany. From our offices in Düsseldorf and Berlin, we support our customers at their events all over the world. In the last year alone we have implemented events in almost 20 countries - from 80 to 10,000 guests.

We offer services in all aspects of delegate management and communication, hotel, travel management, reporting and of course attendee registration and check-in at your event on site.

Our partner network includes technology service providers on almost every continent. Local sourcing not only saves transport costs here, but also enables more flexible and short-term scaling of your events.

Own delegate management software

For our work we use our own delegate management software, the altares GuestManager, one of the leading software applications for participant and guest management.

The GuestManager accompanies the entire management process, from sending the invitation to ticketing, guest portals, seating, room booking, catering, check-in and on-site accreditation of attendees to reporting. Of course, the altares GuestManager is also available as Software-as-a-Service and is used by many companies and agencies independently of our agency services.
As an add-on we launched the virtual event platform vivent in 2020. vivent is a toolbox with which your event can be ideally transported via the Internet - virtual or hybrid. vivent can also be used as a classical event app.

All software applications are developed by permanent teams at our Düsseldorf and Berlin office. This is the only way we can guarantee consistently high quality and safety.

Security at altares

We have an existential interest in the highest possible level of security in terms of confidentiality, integrity and availability. We guarantee this through the highest standards in technology, operation and process organization.

Since July 2019, our high level of security has also been certified according to VDA ISA in TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange).

TISAX is used for cross-company recognition of information security assessment results in the automotive industry. Regular testing is carried out according to industry-wide internationally recognized standards based on ISO/IEC 27001, expanded to include data protection and industry-specific requirements of the automotive industry.
